Position: Stewarding Lead
About: Avion Hospitality is seeking a Steward Lead to maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all chinaware, glassware, and silverware, ensuring high sanitation standards. This role involves assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, equipment, utensils, and food storage and rotation.
Requirements: Previous supervisor experience required; high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to convey information clearly, evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly, work well in stressful situations, and maintain composure under pressure.
