Position: Stewarding Lead
About: Avion Hospitality is seeking a Steward Lead to ensure cleanliness and proper storage of china, glass, and silver, maintaining sanitation standards and assisting kitchen staff in cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include supervising stewarding team, operating dish-washing equipment, and maintaining a friendly demeanor. Additional duties involve washing kitchen utensils, sweeping and mopping floors, and handling waste disposal in Food and Beverage areas. The role may include performing other assigned tasks by supervisors or managers in the hospitality industry.
Requirements: Previous supervisor experience required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; clear communication skills; ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments; composure under stress
