Requirements: Associates Degree (A.A.) in culinary or related field; minimum of two years stewarding or equivalent experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; prior gaming experience preferred; minimum of two years supervisory experience required; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook); flexible availability for all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed; ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues diplomatically; Serve Safe Certification; successful completion of C.A.R.E or TIPS training; possession of a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming’s auto insurance carrier
