Position: STEWARDING | ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE STEWARD
About: Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle are seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to support their Stewarding efforts. The role involves working closely with Culinary and Food & Beverage Operations teams to ensure smooth operations, cleanliness, and safety in kitchen and service areas, managing department functions, and upholding quality standards for guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous leadership experience in stewarding, culinary, or food & beverage preferred; knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations; ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds); flexible work availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; refined verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
