Position: Stewarding | Assistant Executive Steward
About: Join the Inclusive Collection and be a part of the Food and Beverage team as an Assistant Executive Steward at Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle. This role is crucial in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety in kitchen and food service areas, working closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure efficient stewarding operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous leadership experience in stewaring, culinary, or food & beverage preferred; flexible work availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations; ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
