Position: Steward (PM Shift)

Requirements: Must be able to follow food safety guidelines; Must be able to operate kitchen cleaning equipment including kitchen dishwashing machines; Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and load dishwashing machines; Duties will also include proper washing of pots and pans and banquet food transport to hotel meeting rooms; Must be able to complete a variety of kitchen cleaning duties; Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as independently
