Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment preferred; strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness; ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent time management skills; flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays; strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
