Position: Steward (“Lava Platos”)
About: The hotel is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pot Washer/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and order in the food and beverage operations. The role involves cleaning, transporting, and storing kitchen utensils and ensuring a hygienic environment in compliance with safety standards and regulations. This position plays a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of the kitchen and dining areas within the hotel.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred; Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred; ability to work independently and in a team; good communication and organizational skills
