Position: STEWARD II – KITCHEN ADMIN
About: Hard Rock International (USA), Inc. is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Steward to maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the food preparation area, including proper sanitation of dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment in a dynamic casino environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and related experience preferred; knowledge of basic kitchen sanitary guidelines and dish machine operations preferred; must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission; successful completion of background check and drug screening; must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; availability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts; familiarity with federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations; understanding of Stewards Department operations; physical abilities to handle casino-related environmental factors and lift up to 50 pounds; effective communication skills in English
