Position: Steward – Gitano
About: Seaport Entertainment Group, a premier entertainment and hospitality company, is seeking a Steward to join the Culinary Department. The company owns and operates a unique collection of assets that combine restaurant, live entertainment, sports, retail, and hospitality offerings integrated into one-of-a-kind real estate, including the Seaport neighborhood in Lower Manhattan and the Las Vegas Aviators Triple-A Minor League Baseball team and Las Vegas Ballpark.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; working knowledge and understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards; ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently in a high-pressure environment; excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills; ability to work both independently and in a team environment; familiarity with health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting; ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to perform the essential job functions consistently and safely with federal, state, and local standards; maintain regular, punctual attendance; lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds on a regular basis; stand for prolonged periods of time; move about on foot to accomplish tasks
