Position: Steward/ Dishwasher
About: This position is for a Steward/Dishwasher in the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Chef. The role involves maintaining and cleaning inventory of small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the area, equipment, and utensils, and promoting safe and sanitary working conditions for kitchen personnel.
Requirements: Minimum of six (6) months’ work experience in a service-oriented environment; ability to get along well with others; ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner; positive customer service oriented attitude at all times; ability to work standing for the duration of a shift
