Requirements: Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients preferred; uncompromising work ethic, attention to detail, and cleanliness required; ability to work with Chef and Line Cooks using tested recipes and state-of-the-art equipment; willingness to follow safe food handling procedures; valid driver’s license for catering deliveries; assisting in food prep and other duties as needed.
