Requirements: Uncompromising work ethic; attention to detail and cleanliness; ability to work directly with the Chef and Line Cooks using state-of-the-art equipment and tested recipes; willingness to partner with local farms and regional purveyors; commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment; understanding and adherence to safe food handling procedures; valid driver’s license for catering deliveries; willingness to assist in food prep and other duties as assigned
