Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hotel or related field preferred; ability to lift heavy objects and withstand temperature variations; excellent communication and multitasking skills; must attend required meetings and trainings; must comply with hotel standards for appearance, grooming, and operations; effective problem-solving abilities; willingness to cross-train in other hotel areas and show initiative in guest and operational needs
