Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; flexible schedule with occasional long hours required; ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods; warm and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills; strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities; willingness to attend meetings and training sessions as needed; adherence to grooming standards and hotel regulations; proactive approach to guest and operational needs; cross-training ability and willingness to perform various hotel-related duties as required.
