Position: Steward

About: The Steward at TPG Hotels Resorts and Marinas is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the kitchen, operating the dishwashing machine, and ensuring compliance with policies, brand standards, and regulations. They report emergencies, accidents, and maintenance issues promptly to management and maintain consistent guest service basics. The role involves providing quality service in a friendly manner and assisting guests with hotel facilities and services.

Requirements: High school education or related experience; familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred. Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; comply with cleaning techniques, policies, and procedures; operate various cleaning equipment; complete tasks timely; follow policies and procedures; attention to detail; good organizational and time management skills; effective communication and listening skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure; legal employment requirements compliance.
