Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field is a plus; ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods; excellent communication skills and customer service orientation; flexibility to work long hours and adapt to temperature variations; attentive, friendly, and service-oriented approach in interactions with guests and colleagues; problem-solving and multitasking abilities; adherence to grooming standards and uniform policies; willingness to attend required meetings and trainings; proactive in anticipating and addressing guest and operational needs; capacity to handle and resolve issues effectively and efficiently; willingness to cross-train in various hotel areas
