Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly; standing for entire shifts; flexibility for long hours; withstand temperature variations; warm and friendly demeanor; effective communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize; maintain high grooming standards; comply with hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; initiative-taking
