Requirements: Uncompromising work ethic and attention to detail and cleanliness required; previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients and butchery appreciated but not necessary; ability to work directly with the Chef and Line Cooks, follow safe food handling procedures, and make catering deliveries with a valid driver’s license
