Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods; clear communication and problem-solving skills; capacity to work efficiently in high-pressure situations and handle guest concerns effectively; initiative in anticipating and addressing job requirements; adept at handling workplace challenges and adapting to different needs; proficient in listening, understanding, and managing financial data and information.
