Position: Steakhouse Manager
About: Under direct supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager, the steakhouse manager at DDC in Glendale, AZ, is responsible for overseeing the operations of the steakhouse and fine dining restaurant. The role requires extensive knowledge of Arizona liquor laws and adherence to all relevant policies and procedures. This position operates within a team-based environment and is vital in maintaining high standards of service set by the TOGE alcohol training and internal controls.
Requirements: Associates Degree in Business Management or related field plus five (5) years of restaurant and bar industry experience, with three (3) years in a managerial capacity in fine dining or a full-service steakhouse; comprehensive knowledge of food/primal meat cuts, wine pairings, and fine dining service etiquette; SWE or WSET certifications preferred; minimum age of 18 years; clear criminal record; ability to pass pre-employment screenings and obtain/maintain a gaming license; exceptional knowledge of food & beverage regulations, management experience at a 4 or 5 Diamond award property, fine dining service standards, POS systems, staff supervision, and communication skills in English; physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects; proficiency in PC, Windows-based operating environment; strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
