Position: STEAKHOUSE HOST PERSON
About: Courteously greet and escort guests to tables, assist in seating, and maintain the cleanliness of the upscale dining environment to ensure a positive guest dining experience. Provide exceptional guest service, take dining reservations efficiently, and assist in various tasks to enhance the guest experience at an upscale dining establishment.
Requirements: Minimum six months previous experience working in an upscale dining environment preferred; knowledge of wines preferred; experience providing high-touch guest service in an upscale setting expected; ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a high-paced environment; previous experience exercising sound judgment in difficult guest situations; effective communication in English, both written and verbal; at least 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
