About: This establishment is seeking a Cook (Cocinero) to directly support the Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Asst. Room Chef. The cook plays a crucial role in maintaining the kitchen and equipment, adhering to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards, and assisting the chefs in various cooking tasks. They must ensure the kitchen area and equipment are well-maintained and stocked with necessary items for food preparation and service.
Requirements: Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred; must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment, and have great attention to detail.
