Position: Steakhouse Cook
About: The Strat, located in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a detail-oriented Steakhouse Cook to join their Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and providing quality food service in accordance with menu standards and plating specifications while ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in the work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum two years previous experience in a similar role; six months experience in an upscale dining or steakhouse environment; proficiency in all line stations; ability to handle high-paced environments and multitask effectively; strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least 18 years of age
