Position: STATE OF GRACE EXECUTIVE CHEF – UP TO $100K/yr. + BONUS (River Oaks)
About: Rocket Farm Restaurants, a group of restaurants known for their core philosophy of serving both their guests and their employees with dignity, respect, and care. State of Grace, influenced by Houston’s diverse culinary scene, blends Tex-Mex, Asian, and Vietnamese flavors to create a nostalgic dining experience. They are currently seeking an Executive Chef with a passion for Texas tradition to lead their culinary team.
Requirements: 10 years of progressive culinary experience preferred, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing all areas of kitchen operations, including production, procurement, and menu development. Ability to train and develop culinary staff for future growth and success.
