About: The Bartender position at Aloft Henderson, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, involves preparing food and drink orders, serving beverages and meals to patrons, and coordinating lounge/bar activities while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Requirements: Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience; Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations); Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language; Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations; Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures; Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely; Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule; Access to back of house areas of the hotel and sensitive information; Demonstrated ability to handle cash, prepare and deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank; Interact and occasionally have unsupervised contact with guests and/or colleagues; Access and control to sensitive areas in the hotel premises including Master Keys and/or guestrooms Storage/Liquor Room and secured file cabinets; Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility; Represent the company with a certain level of reputation and good character as well as exercise sound judgment
