Position: STARBUCKS MGR
About: Starbucks, a renowned coffeehouse chain, is seeking a dedicated Starbucks Manager to lead a team in creating and maintaining the Starbucks experience for guests and team members. The role involves managing the overall operation of the location, supervising and directing the workforce, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding Starbucks and The United Family guiding principles.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 1 year of management/supervisor experience; Ability to manage store operations independently; Ability to manage resources effectively; Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time; Certified Food Safety Manager certification; Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills; Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing; Team player with strong interpersonal skills
