Requirements: Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology devices as directed; attention to detail and ability to follow processes; capability to work independently and with a team; ability to handle cash register operations, climb ladders, lift merchandise up to 44 pounds, work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to varying temperatures and allergens in the work environment.
