Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience in Starbucks culture; Experience with food quality and freshness management; Knowledge of state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines; Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate technology equipment; Ability to work both independently and with a team; Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish tasks within established timeframes; Ability to handle cash register operations; Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in varying temperatures and handle common allergens
