Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required; ability to communicate effectively and use technology equipment as directed; attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team; capability to handle cash register operations, climb ladders, and lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible schedule with reliable attendance; ability to work in various environmental conditions and remain mobile throughout the shift.
