Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience in Starbucks; ability to provide a consistent Starbucks experience by curating handcrafted products; experience with food quality and freshness management; knowledge of food safety and OSHA guidelines; ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
