Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; welcoming attitude towards guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology devices; capable of working independently and in a team; attention to detail and ability to follow processes; remain composed in a fast-paced environment; handle cash register operations; climb ladders; lift merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; work in varying temperature and humidity conditions; ability to remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts; comply with safety policies and regulations
