Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members; Ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and technology; Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; Capacity to work independently and with a team; Resolve guest questions promptly; Stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment; Accurately handle cash register operations as needed; Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Reliable and prompt attendance necessary; Physically capable of moving merchandise up to 44 pounds and working in varying environmental conditions.
