Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; attention to detail and ability to follow processes; capacity to work independently and as part of a team; ability to handle cash register operations, lift merchandise up to 44 pounds, climb ladders, work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to varying environmental conditions and allergens.
