Requirements: Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required; welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively, operate technology equipment, and work both independently and with a team; attention to detail, ability to follow multi-step processes, and work in a fast-paced environment; capability to handle cash register operations, climb ladders, move merchandise safely, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
