Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; capability to work independently and in a team; stay composed in a fast-paced environment; handle cash register operations; climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in varying temperatures and handle common allergens; remain mobile for the duration of a shift
