Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred but not required; welcoming and helpful attitude; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; attention to detail and ability to follow processes; capacity to work both independently and within a team; capability to handle cash operations, climb ladders, and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in various environmental conditions and remain mobile throughout shifts.
