Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required; welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment; capable of working independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established timeframes; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality; able to handle and move merchandise up to 44 pounds; comfortable working in varying temperatures and with common allergens.
