Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; capability to work independently and with a team; ability to handle cash register operations; climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; prompt and reliable attendance; ability to work in varying temperatures and environments handling allergens; capability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
