Requirements: Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required; welcoming attitude towards guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; capability to work independently and in a team; detail-oriented and able to follow multi-step processes; capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within set timeframes
