Requirements: Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; capable of working independently and in a team; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; remain composed in a fast-paced environment; handle cash register operations, climb ladders, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in varying temperature environments and handle common allergens
