Position: Starbucks Barista – Part Time – Harrah’s Gulf Coast
About: Harrah’s Gulf Coast, a premier hotel and casino located in Biloxi, is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented candidate to join their team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a clean and efficient food and beverage operation in a vibrant and dynamic environment at Harrah’s Gulf Coast.
Requirements: Previous cash handling and P.O.S. register experience; must pass a drug test; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to initiate and engage in conversation professionally; at least 18 years of age; high school diploma or GED required; willingness to participate in ongoing food and beverage training; outgoing personality with the ability to generate business; comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment; superior communication and presentation skills; well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards; computer skills including operating hardware and software; ability to appreciate and interact with team members from diverse backgrounds; able to accept direction from Senior Leadership.
