Position: Starbucks Barista-Opener 5am shift
About: Starbucks at the Exchange is seeking a dedicated and personable Barista to join our team on military bases, creating a welcoming environment and fostering customer connections through handcrafted beverages. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift up to 45 pounds (occasional lifting over 50 pounds); adept at learning and adapting to technology; quick thinking to address customer inquiries; proactive and knowledgeable about the brand; excellent attention to detail; willingness to cross-train and work in various store areas; welcoming and helpful attitude towards customers and team members; strong communication and basic computer skills; preferred experience in fast food industry
