Position: Starbucks Barista – Mandalay Bay
About: The Starbucks at Mandalay Bay, part of the MGM Resorts International, is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista to join their team. This role involves creating exceptional beverages and ensuring guests have an unforgettable Starbucks experience in a vibrant and fast-paced setting.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age or older; 1 year or more of previous experience in a fast-paced café or coffee shop; Familiar with espresso machines, cold bar preparation, and specialty drink crafting; Strong time management skills, with a focus on timeliness, reliability, and customer satisfaction; Familiarity with mobile order systems is a plus; Enthusiastic and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
