Position: Starbucks Barista Lead
About: The barista lead position at a well-known coffee chain involves providing leadership and direction to the team during a specific shift, performing all duties of a barista along with additional responsibilities of a shift lead. This role includes responsibilities such as cash handling, store coverage, adherence to health department standards, and regular communication with the supervisor. The lead is also responsible for closing the store Monday through Friday.
