About: Gopuff is seeking a Barista for our Starbucks Operations team. As a Starbucks barista, you will create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products in an energetic store environment focusing on speed and quality.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; welcoming and helpful attitude towards new team members; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays; adapt to current technology needs; work independently and as part of a team; focus on quality and pride in work; learn and execute cafe processes including food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning; maintain food safety standards and follow Starbucks routines; complete required Starbucks trainings; uphold Gopuff and Starbucks brand standards; monitor temperature-sensitive food items; follow packaging and labeling guidelines for food products; demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner at all times to benefit oneself and others; correct hazards and comply with safety policies and best practices based on business needs.
