Position: Starbucks Barista
About: At Hy-Vee, a renowned grocery store chain dedicated to delivering a pleasant shopping experience, we are seeking a Barista for our Coffee Shop department. The Barista will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements: Less than high school or equivalent experience and six months or less of similar or related work experience; ability to carry out detailed instructions, handle basic mathematical calculations, and follow verbal instructions; physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and perform various physical activities; clarity of vision, color vision, depth perception, and field of vision; strong communication and customer service skills
