Position: Starbucks Barista
About: As a Barista at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operation of the Starbucks facilities and other areas of the Food and Beverage departments at the Sheraton Flowood hotel. Your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages and food to guests, ensuring the highest quality standards and maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, including cash handling, preferably previous Barista experience; Be customer-centric, friendly, and positive in interactions with guests; Maintain a professional image through appearance and dress; Follow standard operating procedures for beverage preparation, maintain clean work areas, respond promptly to guest requests, and perform necessary pre and post-shift side work.
