Position: Starbucks Barista
About: Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Baton Rouge is currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join as Starbucks Baristas. The hotel is managed by Hospitality America, providing hospitality management services through a principled approach guided by values of P.E.A.C.H. (Passionate, Excellence, Adaptable, Community, Humble).
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Experience in a food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred; Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in work; Ability to work independently while maintaining timelines
