Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous Starbucks or food service experience is a plus; welcoming attitude towards guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology devices; adept at working independently and collaboratively; strong attention to detail and adherence to processes; capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks within set timeframes; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance and physical ability to lift and handle merchandise up to 44 pounds; willingness to work in varied temperature and allergen environments; mobility throughout scheduled shifts required; compliance with safety policies and practices
